1. Place dental dam on template then adjust.
2. Use a marker to mark a point that defines a specific tooth to be isolated.
3. Use a punch to cut the hole.
4. Place the cofferdam on the metal frame.
5. Place the clamp wings in the hole.
6. Using a rubber dam forceps open the clamp and place it on the tooth.

INTENDED USE
RUBBER-DAM device is intended for use during dental procedures to isolate the treatment area and protect the gums.

CAUTION
This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions.

PRECAUTIONS
It is intended for continuous use for less than 60 minutes during dental procedures.
Any serious incident involving the product should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the State in which the user or patient is domiciled.
Do not use the products if you found any holes or tearing.

STORAGE
Keep dry.
Store at a temperature between 5°C (41°F) and 40°C (104°F).
