Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
✅ The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
✅ The packaging must not be broken or torn.
✅ All items, manuals, and accessories included in the parcel must be complete.
❌ Products that are broken, used, incomplete, or with damaged packaging will not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions to send the product back.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (bank transfer, card, Easypaisa, or JazzCash) or as store credit upon request.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
